BASKETBALL

hello my name is Garikoitz and I´m going to speak about basketball.
This sport is my favourite sport because I practice it, basketball is knowed in all the world. To practice this sport you need a ball, two baskets and two teams. In the mach only can play five persons per team; te first person is the " base ", then there are two other players called " alero " and another two players, the " ala-pivot " and the
" pivot ". In the world we know two leagues of basketball : NBA in America and ACB in Spain, another league is the Euroleague Basketball, in this league plays the best teams of the Europe

COMPARATION BETWEEN WINDOWS XP AND MAC OS X

MAC OS:  Macintosh computers would not be as popular as they are if they had the Mac OS operating system plant. This operating system is so user friendly that anyone can learn to use it in a very short time. On the other hand, is very good for organizing files and use them effectively. This was created by Apple Computer.


WINDOWS XP: It´s a version of Microsoft Windows. It is the most used operatin system in the world. It was started to sale on the 25th of october of 2001. It contains versions for personal and bussines Pcs, for laptop computers, netbooks, tablet PCs and media center. It is the successor of Windows 2000 and the anteccessor of Windows Vista and it is the first version of Windows that reduces the piracy.

What is an operating system?

 OPERATING SYSTEM ( OS )

 Operating System (OS) is software that acts as an interface between hardware devices and user programs, or yourself to use a computador.actúa as an intermediary for the applications running.
  Now we are going to explaine two diferents operating systems: Microsoft Windows XP and Ubuntu Netbook Edition.

MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP:
Windows XP (original code name was Whistler) is a version of Microsoft Windows line of operating systems developed by Microsoft. Released on October 25, 2001, is currently the x86 operating system used on the planet (with a market share of 58.4%) and is considered to be more than 400 million copies in use. [3] letters "XP" from the word experience.

UBUNTU NETBOOK EDITION:

Ubuntu Netbook Edition (formerly known as Ubuntu Netbook Remix [4]) is a version of the Ubuntu operating system, optimized for netbooks and other devices with small screens and Intel Atom processors.
In the new version 10.10, has been included inteface Unity, which provides a simple, lightweight, and provides an application launcher to the left of the screen. Unity was created especially for this release, following the same design line to be used in the future GNOME 3.0. This version includes a global application menu on the top bar and window controls (close, minimize, maximize) are integrated into the top bar. Also remove all third party notifiers the top bar, and are replaced by new indicators with dropdown menus.
